4 Ways to Get Health Clients

I know it can feel hard to get enough health clients for your weight loss, fitness, yoga, or coaching practices, or other health programs or services you offer.

My goal is to help you get more clients and grow the practice you love.

Here are four ways you can get into action to get health clients…

1)    Invite more people. Make a goal to invite 5-10 people a week. You never know who will say yes. Invite people to your program, to try your product, to get a consultation, to get help for their x, y or z problem, or to get your free gift. You will receive a free gift to provide to your people in the first month of Emails that Sell content you purchase - this is a great way to invite people to get on your list.

If in person, you can invite people simply by getting into conversation with people, if you hear them complaining making statements like: "I'm feeling tired," "overwhelmed," "without energy," "jittery," or "I work-out all the time but don't lose weight," you can interject. Or you can bring up a topic about where you are helping someone else and getting results. When they speak about themselves, be concerned about their struggle and be in a place that you also desire for them that they get results and invite them to work with you. Simply say, "I understand," and ask, "Would you like to set up an appointment with me?"

2)    Give people an option for a jump-start program or a trial so they can try you or the thing you sell out and it's for a reasonable payment and is a short, sweet and outcome-oriented plan. This might include four to six sessions with you. Maybe it's a VIP day with you and you simply help them set something up like their home gym or their kitchen for meal-prepping. Maybe it's a package of products and you share with them how and when to use the products so they get results. They’ll love this because it’s not a forever commitment and it can offer them the perfect bite-sized, start-up, outcome that they will be motivated to start on.

3)    Name your jump-start program so people are clear about what they will get. People don’t need to know how you’ll get an outcome for them from the start, they just want to believe that you can get results for them. Give them program a name but don't feel like you have to bring it up, simply talk to a person about helping them. For your own focus, give the program a name and maybe it fits to tell them or put it on their invoice when you bill them.

You can include a disclaimer like:  " The information and programs offered herein are designed for information purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any illness or disease or provide mental health treatment. Anyone who participates in a health program should consult with their doctor first. Everybody is different and we make no guarantees that you will attain any specific health results."

4)    Get to know more business friends that share similar clientele as you and invite them to be a part of your rolodex of referral partners and get to know what you are up to each month, plus invite them to let you know what they are up to each month.
