It means that you know where they want to go and generally have an idea of where they currently are. For example, you may know that women want to lose weight but often their metabolism has slowed down or their hormones have not been working for them based on the age of women you work with and their eating habits. You have an A and Z awareness of where they are in their journey.</font></li><li><font size="3"><strong>Understand a possible ending point and time-frame for your plan</strong>. What are realistic expectations that can show that someone did something and made progress? People want to see and feel the progress. You may know that if a person runs and lifts weights four days a week, they can reasonably have reduced inches from their body and improved their metabolism. You may know if they take certain health actions like eat more vegetables and lean meats and cut the processed and refined foods that they will be leaning out and have less belly bloat. So understand what your time line for this will be and what progress notes they can make in between time so they know they made progress.</font></li><li><font size="3"><strong>Create the steps in between</strong>. For your program, to get someone from A-to-on-their-way-to-Z, you need some steps that a person takes. The key is to fit those steps into the initially promised time-line. You can promise what you&rsquo;ll do, but because everyone is different, you can&rsquo;t promise results. So, it's best to find the simplest steps - like choosing just 2-5 of the best ones that people can stick to. Make those steps a part of your program. Don&rsquo;t worry about being perfect your first few times. You can always re-thing these steps as you go and see what works best for most people.</font></li><li><font size="3"><strong>Evaluate people</strong>. Do you know what will set you apart from others? Showing some results! You can show results with an evaluation. For a program, it helps to know where people came from with at least a simple question and answer or short evaluation of where they are. When you start with this, it's easy for both the clients and&nbsp;you to look at the results later,&nbsp;when you have them do their re-evaluation, after some time has passed and they've been in action.</font>&nbsp;<font size="3">For a 12-week program, they can be given a re-evaluation question form at a specific time in the program or when-ever you hear them talk about getting results or making headway. You can even turn these re-evaluations into part-testimonial sheets and ask for their permission to share their words and their first name and optional picture if they like. Use their words, your questionnaire, your symptoms survey, before and after pics of themselves, or pictures of their spaces if working with their kitchen or work-out area. Your evaluation can be multiple choice, answering questions, or rating their progress using a 1-10 choice diagram&nbsp;(10 is the best, 1 is not much progress at all, 5 is somewhere in the middle). We're replaced with bigger, seemingly more important medical and people-management systems.</font>&nbsp;<font size="3">With this societal setup, <strong>it's easy to lose steam about the value you bring to others</strong>.<br /><br />Here's where I want to step in, because&nbsp;we need you! <strong>You are valuable</strong>. My advice to you right now is to keep doing what you are doing. Hold close to what works (in your health area: fitness, yoga, mind, body health, nutrition, eating, weight loss, healing, etc.) and improve where you can. There's always room for improvement in your business - systems may be one area. Systems in business, are lacking for many.<br /><br />If you haven't learned about creating a system to grow your business I encourage you to.<br /><br /><strong>One book I recommend reading is <em>The E-Myth Enterprise</em>. </strong>It speaks clearly on what it takes to effectively design and create business systems that make your business thrive. That is, make it a deal. One that comes and goes. If people understand your offers come and go, they'll understand that they need to take action on it, not wait for later but now. That's what you want! People who take action when you place a piece of content out like an offer with a deal.</span><br /><br /><span>You can do this every month.</span><br /><br /><span>It doesn't need to be difficult.</span><br /><br /><span>It's not just for those who want to provide sales or money off of their products, for some types of businesses, especially those who don&rsquo;t sell physical products there's other "deals" that can be made. These non-product businesses might choose to add a bonus for the month or provide a coupon for a package deal for the month or offer a "focus" of the month.</span><br /><br /><strong>If it&rsquo;s not in your interest to have a sale</strong><span>, because maybe you don&rsquo;t want to discount your services, having a monthly focus or challenge might be the incentive that pushes people to say yes to being a member or starting up with you&hellip;as a health coach, life coach, fitness coach or chiropractor.</span><br /><br /><span>A focus of the month would be where you have a challenge or something you or they will focus on and they will get the details of it when they join with you - or your membership, or your program, or sign up for your services today.</span><br /><br /><span>The focus of the month is usually outcome-related in a way that people are highly interested. Instead of "Weight loss" you may offer a "Clean-eating month challenge" and it's only available for those who are members and if they join this month.</span><br /><br /><span>What do you give these people who sign up for under a "focus of the month." This is up to you. You can make it simple and provide a checklist and a little video instructing them what to do and what to use to do it well. Then you can provide tools, a tracker, a grocery list, a recipe book or something that helps them do this challenge either with you, or with the group, or DIY-style with you checking up on them and providing a little extra for their program. You might just plan on taking everyone who is a paying member in your practice along for the ride with this particular challenge and do this each month. People join in as they are called.</span><br /><br /><span>You can plan a few simple, recurring challenges for a focus of the month events or for the whole entire year. Simplest to plan 3-4 focuses and repeat them as they fit. Then, maybe switch to a "free trial" or "money or percent off" or "special package deal" for certain special months, like your birthday, Black Friday or Christmas and provide a digital product (like you can on Gumroad.com) with coupons for a sale, or a physical product or package of products that you can also charge on Gumroad.com and ship to someone.</span><br /><br /><span>People&nbsp;need a reason to BUY NOW and you planning your year out for these sales will give that to them and keep your appointment books and income full and filling.</span><br /><span>&nbsp;</span><br /><strong><font size="3">Here's what I suggest in a yearly plan (for products)...<br />&#8203;</font></strong><br /><span>1. Price your product with a regular price you like, then add $10 - $20 (or more if a higher ticket product). You add so you can later provide deals and sales</span><br /><span>2. Add even another $10-$20 to the product price and then you are ready for super-sales times</span><br /><br /><span>For example,</span><br /><br /><span>Let's say I sell a supplement package for detoxing for $90. I then might choose to add up to $20 to this price to come up with my retail price of $110 for this particular detox product package. Then when my birthday or another special event or holiday comes up, I market it down for a super sale and provide it for the price of $90!&nbsp;</span><br /><br /><span>Then, I might have a group of affiliates who are interested in promoting what I do too (and I'm legally able to have this), I might provide them with a coupon like you can on Gumroad products you set up (it also allows for you to pay the affiliate as an incentive too), and that coupon is for $10 off for anyone they refer. Then, when a person goes to buy, they are getting a deal!
